Terms and Conditions of Booking

On receipt of a Booking Form, groups will be booked on a first come first served basis. We will try to ensure that you are able to undertake the activities on your chosen days.

Final confirmation of numbers & full payment is due 1 calendar month prior to the first activity.

We will write to you to confirm the dates and numbers you have booked. We will also enclose an invoice for the full payment.

The activities we offer will be based on the outlines given in this document. Every attempt will be made to offer the full range of activities. There are, however, times when the weather or the sea conditions make it impossible or unsafe to offer these activities. At these times we will adapt the activities to suit the conditions. If conditions are so bad that we feel it is unsafe to offer any activities, we will attempt to reschedule the activity session to another day. If this is not possible due to other commitments, we will refund all monies paid for the cancelled activity.

If numbers increase or decrease from the original booking, we must be informed on the final confirmation, 1 month prior to the activity.

There will be no refunds for reduced numbers notified less then 1 month from the activity start date.

Teachers will be able to join in any activity free of charge providing that we do not exceed our maximum number capability.
